We are a volunteer-based organization with a Board of Directors who are elected on an annual basis.

All donations and fundraiser monies go directly to support our exchange programs. No part of the organization’s net earnings are distributed to financially benefit any private shareholder or individual. We have no religious association or political affiliation beyond the office of the City of Santa Clara.
