Please answer the following questions in a document and upload as part of the Student Exchange Program Application form.

1. Why do you want to participate in the student exchange program?

2. Describe yourself, members of your family and your relationship with each other.

3. What do you think would be the characteristics of a good ambassador? Describe how you compare those.

4. Describe a situation in which you must deal with someone of opinions or beliefs with which you do not agree. How will you handle this, and what would you expect as the outcome?

5. How would you handle a situation in which you are served food that you find to be absolutely distasteful?

6. Part of your exchange program may be serving as a host/host family or participating in activities with visiting youth. What are some of the activities, locations and /or events you would like to show your guests?

7. Have you ever been arrested, charged with or convicted of a crime? If yes, please explain?
